After breakfast at Aulber House, we packed our bags into the car, and hit the road. This time, our first journey of the day was very short, a drive of only about 11 miles. We were on our way to Cahir (pronounced care) to visit yet another castle. We briefly debated not stopping since we’d already done two the day before, but decided since it was on the way, we might as well. Besides, it was yet another Heritage site, so we wouldn’t pay any admission fee. We pulled into town, found a parking lot near the site and walked over. We made the right decision to stop; this was the most intense crazy castle yet and they let you climb all over it! This was great and unexpected fun.
