Interpol closed out their US tour with another date in Philly at The Union Transfer. Ashley was back at school and unable to accompany us, but Kevin & I were in attendance. It was a chilly rainy evening and we arrived at the venue well before doors, so rather than wait in line and get pelted with rain, we chose to sit in the car and wait until 8pm.
They played a similar set as the show just 9 days prior, but switched out a few songs, one of which is one of Kevin’s favorite, Leif Erikson. It was great to see them again, we always enjoy their gigs immensely.
